The people of Trinity Presbyterian Church are glad to welcome you. Our building is important to us — we ask that you treat it with care. Non-members may be asked to pay a small fee for utilities and staff. A $200 refundable security deposit may be required for larger events. Non-member weddings require a non-refundable $200 fee. Payment is due within one week of approval or 48 hours before the event, whichever comes first.

The facilitator ensures all rules are followed, clean-up is completed, and furniture is returned to original position. For weddings, this should be someone other than the bride or groom.

WEDDINGS ONLY

Wedding coordinator requirement

Because of the unique nature of weddings, we require that you work with one of our approved wedding coordinators. Upon approval, we will notify a coordinator and they will contact you to arrange further details.

Standard fee: $200 — covers use of Sanctuary, Parking Lot, Restrooms, 2 Classrooms for dressing, and Coordinator.

Rules for the use of TPC facilities

The basic rules: (1) Do not break the law. (2) Supervise your attendees. (3) Return the facilities to the condition in which you found them.

No smoking and no alcoholic beverages on church property, including the parking lot.
No firearms on church property.
No fireworks or other incendiary items on church property.
Turn off lights after your meeting, including hallways and restrooms.
Do not adjust thermostats.
Do not prop doors open.
Empty any trash cans you have filled into the provided dumpsters behind the church.
Check for and dispose of any dirty diapers in the dumpsters.
Wipe down any tables or counters used during the event.
Wipe down and disinfect any toys used during the event.

We reserve the right to bill you for cleaning fees and damages. Please communicate these rules to all attendees.
