The 2024 Women’s Conference is a one-day event in Kearney, Nebraska, offering a space for reflection, healing, and connection with women of faith from all walks of life.
Through Biblical messages, music, and shared experiences, we’ll explore themes of godly lament, acknowledging and processing sorrows, and pursuing forgiveness, redemption, and healing.
This gathering is for any woman who:
- Carries the weight of unaddressed sorrows;
- Yearns for a deeper connection with God;
- Has experienced loss or betrayal; or
- Struggles to find joy in the everyday challenges of life.

Meet Our Speaker, Christine Chappell
Christine Chappell is a wife, mother of three, and the author of many well-known books. Her writing has been featured on Desiring God, The Gospel Coalition, Risen Motherhood, and other Christian platforms.
In addition to her writing ministry, she works for the Institute of Biblical Counseling & Discipleship as Hope + Help Podcast Host. Christine has completed certificates in Biblical Counseling through IBCD and is certified by the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors (ACBC). She also serves as a Council Member for the Biblical Counseling Coalition.
Christine’s heart for ministry stems from being previously treated for bipolar disorder II, depression, panic attacks, disordered eating, suicidal ideations, and self-injurious behaviors. By God’s sovereign design, these experiences fuel the compassion and sympathy that motivates her ministry work.
Christine and her husband, Brett, were married in 2003 and currently reside in South Carolina with their three children. They are active members of Covenant Presbyterian Church in Easley.
